We are currently recruiting for dedicated, experienced, and motivated Assemblers to join a busy and fast-paced production team. The Role As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in manufacturing finished products to precise specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Assembling and testing components to create finished products Following detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications Inspecting parts for defects and ensuring quality standards are consistently met Operating hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently Preparing completed products for dispatch Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily production targets Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Previous assembly experience Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards The ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude A reliable and positive work ethic Working Hours & Pay Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:15pm Friday: Early finish Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks.
